Once your order is received by our courier, they will contact you by phone to arrange a day for delivery. How long does delivery take and how do I know when my order will arrive?ĭelivery takes 5-7 working days from order receipt.

Refunds are only offered on unopened full boxes of tiles and flooring. Special order items are excluded from this and will be identified on your receipt.
